I deal with this sort of situation with my work, its very easy to lose sight of the "impact" (please excuse the pun) this sort of thing has. It can be so devastating.
Your images always have a story Paul, and its more than just a nice landscape, or a pretty portrait. They represent real life, and that makes them special.

Thanks everyone. For me photography is about communication, emotion and empathy.
It's heartening to see this kind of image is valued but let's face it, most people want to look at pretty girls and landscapes. And why not.
However I find that I can only eat so many sweets a day before I need something a bit more substantial.
