I quite like it without the blurred background to be honest. I love B&W shots like this, it hides nothing in my opinion.
I would like to see some more shots of both of them, they look interesting sublects.

Lovely 'action' portrait Mavis and the blur works well. Spoiltslightly by the selection down the hairdressers back, but still works. Smile)
