The Hay Loft

By Irishkate
This Hay Loft was taken on our trip to Donegal in May.
I'll upload another window and the whole building.
I thought it was just lovely that somebody had gone to all this trouble
with a barn! it is situated between Tremone Bay where we stayed and Culdaff
a haunt of my husband's as a boy.
Thank you all for votes for Fun on the Beach and to Billy (williamsloan)
for his User Award! There must be more folk on site as this image got
more votes than I've had for a while and the image was hastily taken before the family
and dogs had run past me!!!sometimes we try too hard!!!

Good idea picking out a smaller part of the whole, thus making an interesting examination of this feature, Kate: excellent detail, colours and tones.
Looks a well stocked hay loft too.

Is the whole structure the barn or just a hay loft? It looks as though it could be inhabited below. Love the sculpture in v2. A lovely set of images, Kate.

A simple but effective composition, the red and white make the perfect colour combination
