Good bit of PS work. The arm on the right looks missed shaped and swollon, A tweak would be good. The other to add effect is if you could produce flaking / pealing skin. Nice one though.

Thanks chaps, I agree with you both, I was thinking the same thing when I uploaded it.
It is actually the bicep to shoulder area showing behind the forearm, not swollen but appears so,
and on high res full size image does not look as obvious as on web image but at this small size; truely swollen.
Blisters and burnt skin are quite heinous on full size version. I may clone out 'swollen' area and see how that looks if I can get the time to revisit.

I spotted the arm too, but figured it wasn't meant to be a pretty disfigured creature anyway. I love it.
