A marvellous picture that expresses all the dynamic energy of a hard working steam locomotive (also the loud snorting sounds and the pungent odour of burning coal). The low point of view and inclusion of the 'power' line beside train give the composition great presence and depth. The small faces of the passenger and the driver or fireman add extra moment and appeal to the image. I like it a lot.
