This has the edge over many kelpies pictures I've seen, for the softness of the sky, the golden time of day, the heads strong against it, the lead-in curves in the foreground, the wet boards and gentle reflections. I also feel that the format adds to the strength of the composition and its impact. Itís my pleasure to give it my Guest Editor Award.

Great shot. Hopefully the soft light made it easier to clone out the pylons and cables - sheer murder.

I agree with Pamelajean and I especially like the light in the blurred clouds behind the figures and the S bend in front.
