The Leaning Tower of Talacre

One from a few months ago and a day out with the Grandkids. Compositionally I wish I'd framed this less centrally, but then I liked the sun peeping through the clouds...

I like the cold austerity.
You mentioned tension yesterday here - there's a tension here, between the basic symmetry of the composition and the wild asymmetry of the sky. I'm not a fan of central placement or of long-exposure skies, but they work together here.

You broke the rules and came out on top.

Great image of this beautiful coastal setting. I particularly like the movement in the sky and the wonderful textured foreground.
