The listening silhouettes

By Drummerdelight
Thank you for your votes and kind comments for yesterdays posted candid shot of Karen and her guest musicians.

This was also taken from above where the lighting guys where. (as I tried not to be noticed or disturbe the vibe)

I personally like those shillouettes, every one of them listening with much attention and respect.
Nice to see al kinds of musiclovers coming to hear Karen instead of just friends and family.

I 'll include some more versions to show more of the concert.

The row of heads sloping along the bottom edge complete the picture: visual closure, and adding intensity.

I too like that line of silhouettes.
In fact the title here I can imagine as a name for a band Smile

These are lovely shots Guy, and great for Karen to keep for special memories. Your privileged viewpoints really add an intimacy to the photo's which a general audience viewpoint could not achieve. The stage lighting is very effective, and your title is perfect - I too like the anonymous and attentive silhouettes- nicely included Smile Hope she was happy with how it all went!
