The Management

By clevercloggs
a while back I posted an image titled "the welder". Today I post an image which clearly shows "The Management".
These are the ones enthousiastically pointing at "the welder" doing his work.
Nice people and like with all management they believe that safety measures are meant for every one else but them.

Allthough the welder alone made for the better photo, glad I saw this one. The bigger picture so to speak, and a good fun shot, be it of outstanding b&w quality

thank you Koen and Tony.

the white clothes came out well as they do not seem too blown out.

Behind the managers smoke exists which seems to create some extra depth; as if the managers are on a special layer in the front and the lorry behind them on a different one. Lucky, I guess.

you just described what I was thinking Robert when viewing this. was surprised how well our two backseat drivers came out - no blow outs as I expected - and noticed the soft layering-like effect of the bg which is very pleasing for the eye (like a variation on dof)

Hi Robert, I'm a manager and let me assure you I never get that close to real work!

Great shot, lovely story feel to it. - kind regards Robin

Robin, these managers are proof that managers never get their clothes dirty no matter how dirty everything else is. Smile

It's the same the world over! Terrific image the original welder was superb and it's terrific to see this to put it into perspective. Very nice work.
