Oh poor little mouse. We have one in our garage, can I borrow your owl? Seriously Jason this is a beautiful composition and the detail is excellent.

The framing and the colours... Excellent use of the landscaper's 'blue hour'!

The branch does suggest a commercial shoot - almost too good if you know what I mean!

Seriously good, Jason. Nature has given you the perfect frame for the owl, not to mention the subdued bg.

Commercial or not, if you are given the chance to shoot birds like this, take it. The way that branch frames the owl is delightful, and to capture the bird with its prey in its mouth is amazing. I also like the way the owl seems to be watching you, and have returned to this image in order to give it a GEA.

Thanks very much indeed Pam - much appreciated.
