The Old Forge.

By francisg
All that remains of the mighty Slate Mining Industry in North Wales. This old Forge in the Meuseum at Lymm Padarn N Wales. Apart from the tone it is as it came out of the camera. The sepia tone was done to hide some distracting colours in the Forge as well as an attempt at capturing the old atmosphere of the place. Comments and constructive Critisisms are always welcome

This reminds me of my uncles' blacksmith shop where, in my younger days I spent some of my school holidays watching them at work. You have captured the atmosphere nicely, and the toning suits it well.

Thank you Declanworld for your comments

Thank you Rogerex for your comments. When I first saw the local Ferrier putting shoes on a farmers Horse I thought he was setting the Horse's leg on fire. It was facinating watching him work.
