I like the formality, it has the look almost of a stately dance.

I wonder where you focused? I'd like to see those two foreground ladies sharper, because they are so near to us; I suspect that you focused further back.

Well done for capturing the two ladies in synchronised stepping, and moving towards each other.
It's a colourful bit of street life.

You needed to step back a bit so that you could not only capture the shop signs (which you did), but also have a bit of space beneath the right-hand lady's feet. I straightened the image in my modification, and had to cut off a bit of her left foot because of the need to crop after straightening. A bit of room to spare would have been good.

The interior lights inside the shops are very bright, and I think a lower ISO would have sufficed because of those bright lights, and this would also have reduced the grain that is evident in your picture.

With a scene like this, and wanting to get the timing of the leg movements right, it's not surprising that you have people intruding into your frame on the left side. It's hard to be aware of this happening when you're concentrating on the middle of the scene.

In my modification I straightened and cropped, as I said, and placed the two women in the centre of the frame. The crop removed the man on the right who has his back to us, and part of the intrusive group on the left.
I brightened the image, lifted the shadows, and did a Levels adjustment, which brightened the colours even more and increased the contrast.
We can now more easily read the shop signs.

You ask about the mood of the scene, and I don't think it needs improvement. It's busy, bright and colourful, everything a shopping centre should be.
