The Plough

By Fefe
I bet I know what the driver is having for lunch 😉😃 🧀🍞🧅

Something a bit different from me I think.......I mean the image not Lunch 😂
Taken recently on the edge of Sherwood Forest.
Mono in the version.

Been busy still so I will keep being missing for a while, hope to be back more regular at some point.
Sorry my exif is missing, I think I have changed my LR settings , will have to sort that😨

A terrific frame filler and colour is my fav. too;
strictly speaking I think this is a seed drill and not a plough! My 4 y.o. Grandson could confirm this.

Colour for sure. Shows off the rich, brown soil. And love the blue.

Good to see you back, if only sporadically, Diane, all the best for your endeavours Smile

Unusual composition, and very striking, both shots have their own merits, and both deserve credit.

B&W for the way the light falls on those castellated round thingies behind the big bit at the front.
As for his lunch, he probably went to the village pub for pie 'n' chips with brown sauce on.Wink

The colour has great impact with the blue and brown, the B&W is more subtle, more about the light.
looks like a machine for breaking up the soil after it's been overly compacted by the huge tractors in use today.

Erm...let me see...wouldn't be a Ploughman's Lunch by any chance?!!! 😁😋 An excellent crop and composition, Diane, lovely light too, which makes all the difference 👍 I rather like the colour version, but it suits and works equally well in mono, so I'm split on a fave 😃
