I love places like this! I once spent 13 days in a row at a waterfall in the Rockies practising moving water photography. There are so many different ways to do it; all inclusive like you've done here, or selective, choosing small sections of the river and photographing them at various shutter speeds. I like this one.

Thanks SC. I was beginning to wonder if it was really that bad that no one had commented on it.
I have a few vesions - landscape, portait and tighter crops of the Punch Bowl itself.
All-in-All a most enjoyable day.

Hi, I love the shutter speed and the water movement - like the punchbowl too

I hope you don't mind me saying, but I think you can improve the image by cropping the top off to the bottom of the trees, and the bottom to get rid of the bit of rock on the rh side. I think it then focuses the eye on the spot you want people to be looking at. Try scrolling and using a piece of card. See what you think

I have to agree with Fran. Actually, I'm hoping you shot another one but this time close-in on the Punchbowl itself as it looks like a really fascinating feature. In fact, I can see several interesting compositions within this shot that would be worth exploring.

I do indeed have a close-up of the Punch Bowl. I will post it after midnight as I am at work at the moment.
Although I like my composition as it shows the type of landscape the river runs through, I can see where you are coming from regarding the cropping off the top and bottom. I would then probably crop a tad off the left so as not to have the PB in the centre.
