I find this quite moving, he seems so alone. It's good to see you back on the site. (BTW we weren't stranded in Holland last week, we had actually booked the ferry! Sometimes we land on our feet...)

Beautiful image Alex. Must be a re´ncarnation of Jacob van Eyck who was a blind recorder player in Utrecht around 1600, if I'm not mistaken.
