The Roaches

By jamesgrant
I headed up to the Roaches the other week to try and capture a sunset. Sometimes I find it hard to return to locations and grab new compositions, especially when I've had shots I'm happy with before.. I'd definitely much rather seek out new places than keep returning to the old.

The Roaches is usually really good at sunset for taking on a nice red glow on the escarpment face, but alas this time it wasn't meant to be due to low cloud on the horizon however there was some really nice light still and this time I managed to get some clouds in the sky in my shot, which before it's usually been clear.
