If money does not grow on trees, then why do banks have branches?
p.s. both good, with mono being a slight fav

The dour and formidable building suits being given the b&w treatment. Reminds me of the days when a visit to the bank manager's office was an intimidating experience...him (always a 'he') sat behind a vast solid oak desk...

I'll go for mono. It has a suitably gritty feel.

I like how you framed the thistle. Although black and white is a showstopper, I will go for colour. Great interplay of white over green, green onto beige and blue, blue over beige and white over grey and blue.

Normally I would jump straight in and say mono, but there is such depth of colour in the version that I cannot split them.
I very much like the composition and the vertical lines of the building. The detail front to back is excellent.
Top shot Ian.

I very much agree with Phil here. I think also both are very good!
