The Savage Garden

By simon_stacey
This is taken in my back garden. I really must get out and do some weeding....

The title of the photo is after a book by Mark Mills. There is nothing savage about the Italianate gardens at Renishaw Hall. However the book does make you try to understand what was in the garden designer's mind. The children were blissfully unaware of their role in this composition.

I must say your back garden does look rather scruffy, you could have made an effort to tidy it before the photography. Looks like you also need a plumber, the lawn seems to have sprung a leak.
Have to agree with John your gardener needs replacing

Great image
