The Special One

By wideangler
ISO too high, a bit noisy, original was a bit too dark, not enough detail, too busy but, all said and done, this guy has style, he's got a good hairdo, he's enthusiastic, he was making a great deal of very nice music and he looked a bit different. Not perfect but he was the Special One and I think he deserved to be seen. Anyone agree?

Great image beautifully taken. I have attempted a mod although the image is perfectly fine as it is. Just a clone and blur job in Uled PhotoImpact 8. Hope I havenít spoilt your image. I appreciate the skill involved in taking these as I am complete rubbish at bird shots. Rob.

Rob, You haven't spoiled it at all, quite the opposite. I'm always delighted when people 'have a go' at my pics, it's good to know when they're interesting enough to be worth improving. I've not heard of Uled PhotoImpact, is it easy to use? Effective? good VFM?

Thanks for the exchange

Slight Typo in 1st posting. Should read ULEAD. Not ULED.
ePHOTOzine has a complete review on this product. I find it very simple to use.

I think he's a beauty but that twig is a bit of a nuisance. Like Rob's mod.

Definitely a happy chap.....well worth posting.

The removal of the twig across the chest, by johnjones, makes a good shot even better.....like you, I need lessons.

Simply couldn't resist; he's just adorable! Love those little ruffled feathers and the pose. The colours are darned good too! Both you and he deserve this, vote #30!

I'm so glad because I think he deserves it as well, that's really kind, thank you.
