Morning everyone
If you walk to the very tip of Rivermead Island you’re rewarded with this stunning view. The area to the right is called Swan’s Rest Island and is only accessible via a private pedestrian bridge. The light and colours were ideal, then I spotted one lone duck lazily swimming into the frame. I was frantic to get the shot before he rippled away the perfect reflections! 😉
V 6&7 of a previous post, ‘Rain, rain, rain’ show how access to this area was cut off in February by the flooded River Thames.
Thank you all for your votes and comments on yesterday’s image and Bob for your UA. They are all greatly appreciated.
Take care everyone and enjoy your Friday.
Karen
