The stare

By ColleenA
This rhino was giving us a mean stare or maybe just inquisitive, but we moved the vehicle to give her space ... hadnít noticed the little ox pecker bird till I got home.
Many thanks for your votes and comments and for your user awards...a big thank you to Pam for her GE award...
Sorry about England losing out to Croatia in the World Cup soccer

Never seen them look happy. Maybe an England supporter.

Great shot Colleen, ( semifinal in a World Cup not bad for the youngest team)
A beautiful rhino shot, let's hope they can protect them.

Big, strong and beautiful Colleen.

I'm not into football normally, but I watched the game...then wished I hadn't...it was so stressful!

Quote:A docile one , hopefully ?

They are never docile thatís why they are one of the Big 5. However our Ranger always respects their space so they never feel threatened

Great picture! I like the way the shallow depth of filed draws attention to the eyes and horn of the rhino - and the small bird as well.

An excellent image of this fine specimen Colleen, smashing.

I used to have a pair of red underpants with a cartoon Rhino' on the front. But that was back in the 70's of course Wink

The ox pecker is perfect with the large close up of the rhino!
I'll be glad when football is finished but did watch the game - felt for the English team and manager.
