The survivor.

By pentaxpatty
Thank you all so much for your lovely comments and votes and a special thank you to Joline for her very beautiful stain glass award. Also a beleted thank you to Bernie for his special award.

These daffodils where buried deep under the snow and peeping out today , how they survive I am shocked.

Version shows the little mono plane that Kate was wondering what was under the snow. Its very old now and could do with a coat of paint.

Hope that you are all well, warm and most of all safe.

By the way, Its only British summer time on Saturday Night Sunday morning, next weekend. Easy to have a senior moment. Smile

Love and light Patty xxSmileSmile

Good to see they've survived, and the little helicopter is free for lift off Patty.

a lovely set and it's not the snow but low temperature that may kill your daffs

Yes and frost, they hate that, at least the snow covers them makes an igloo effect.Smile

Lovely and encouraging to see the daffs peeping through the snow. It's surprising how resilient many plants seem to be; often they are just slowed down a bit. Allan

Amazing how the flowers withstand the weight of the snow.
Good to see your helicopter - you had me guessing!

The colours look nice against the snow Patty. In fact, I think the snow helps to protect then from the frost. The flowers I mean, not the plane Smile

I had one daffodil out before the first fall of snow, and when it came, it bent over and buried it's head in the snow! It did however survive, and is still there blooming now, long with a couple of others! Smile Very lovely capture here Patty Smile Snow here had all gone when I went out to the Camera Club meeting last night SmileSmile
