The Twin Tower(s) of Oslo

By saltireblue
Oslo council had a dream about building their own version of the famous Petrona Twin Towers in Malasia.

However, the red faction of the council vetoed the project. In the end, there were only sufficient funds to build one of the towers and erect a rather large mmirror next to it. Not exactly as planned.

Thanks you very much for your recent comments, whish I assure you are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for bothering.

Malc

It's beautiful, and I didn't immediately spot the mirror effect, so it has worked - twice the amount of tower for their money. Love the story - and a very well taken image.

Love the humour in your intro as well as the careful plotting and design-fulfilment of the photograph Smile
I find the thought of Oslo rather more attractive than that of Kuala Lumpur.

Now, that is rather clever: the converging verticals captured on these modern pieces of architecture make for quite exciting images, as you have shown here, Malc.

Grand shot Lad , I always regard Scandinavians as very conservative natured people , but I feel I would have go along with the lefties on this matter as I feel it is out of place in your country !

In supermarket parlance "Buy one get one free? it's a cheat but very good. When you scroll up this image you get the impression of being propelled by a huge rocket. It's a very dramatic image indeed Malc.
