The View From Up Top

By Andysnapper
Morning,

Thanks for all the (reasonably) polite comments on yesterday's scary selfie. Today I thought it best to turn the camera around and show what I had to walk through to get to the clean, crisp air of the mountains.

This is looking across the Derwent Valley toward Whinlatter and Grisedale, you can just see a few fields showing through in the bottom left but this was how it looked for most of the day.

Cheers

Andy

A superb view Andy, one which allows ones might to float as lonely as a cloud...

Regards Nathan

P.S. I might be inclined to ditch the tree top...

Wow, this is a beautiful scene.
Ethereal in every sense...
I agree with Nathan, the tree distracts, but it was there...!
Wonderful image, Andy, one for the wall.
