The Water of Life

By bill33
Taken earlier this week on a wee trip to Inversnaid, met with Paul,(Skeet1Away) and spent a few hours at this wonderful area. Taken in the woodland area higher up from the main waterfall, the lighting was a bit strong, but produced some wonderful colours and shadows, My thanks to Paul for a great afternoon and the time we spent here.Your comments as always would be very much appreciated.
Once again my thanks for your kind comments on my previous images, Bill.

Nicely composed with the water making it's journey through the image and the rocks. A lovely falls picture.

As others have said, the composition here makes the most of the flow of water to fill the frame with a sinuous line that leads your eye in. Just enough foliage at the top of the frame to avoid it becoming too abstract and it gives the falls context.
