The Wheel and the Worm

Worm in this sense = dragon - or monster - or snake. This only shows the tail!
The remains of a wooden mill-wheel stand in front of the iron engine-wheel.
Pathhead Mill, Blaydon, Tyne and Wear.
Yes, the land does slope down and to the right, while the wheel arrangement is seen from a considerable angle. But the mill in the background is vertical Smile

The worm (or wyrm, derived from the Norse 'ormr') has turned. In this case it's turned into a rather excellent
image. Very good Bill, so good that even Nessie wanted to get into the frame Smile.
