People take up and enjoy photography for all different reasons. For a lot of people it is a hobby - like myself who enjoys going for walks taking my camera with me and taking images of what I like, some good some not so. Equally people join this site for all different reasons some just to share with other friendly people their images and experiences. For those who are more technically minded, ambitious and wanting to improve the site caters for them as well. As I have said in my comment on your post if you are going to critique an image do so constructively not rudely. Whether you stay or go good luck with your photography.
I agree generally with Irene too. But EPS are the worst photo web site I have ever visíted... because their present users. Much of them are not any begginers, but they show here snaps which are for delete in the camera... For year and year

MAybe Good photographs are now on their holidays... But I will not wait for their return by looking to the unintersting snap of pure technical quolity without any or sill composition ... Of course ... This Word are are about majority here ( at least 80 % of all apload )
