The Y at night.

By bricurtis
Silver Y Moth .................... and little friend.

These moths buzz around our perennial Wallflowers at night like Hummingbirds.
Got this one nectarizing around 11.30 pm the other evening after trying on several other occasions.
I think I disturbed the little moth hiding under the petal.Smile

Thanks for looking in - appreciate your viewing.

Not a regular event Ron. I did wake my friend next door up one night though - he saw the flashes - he thinks I'm crazy. Smile

Thankyou everyone - much appreciated.

A terrific night shot Brian, to catch two moths in the picture was a real bonus. The detail is exceptional.

I think you've divulged too much information there Brian, I don't think the epzers' really want to hear about your nocturnal habits!Wink
