i love the subject, though i have to admit to being a Lambretta man myself. although im not overfond of colour popping but this seems a suitable subject and works quite well.

compositionally you would have been better placed a little to the right to get a clear full view of the front wheel. its also too close to the left edge and a little too central. i like the top half and the bottom half too but i think id have gone horizontal and used the bottom half to best effect with the nice cobbled texture.

best regards
Phil

I'm not a fab of colour popping (or scooters!) so if I seem biased, it's because I am!

Seriously, The biggest fault as far as I can see lies in the composition.
If you ignore the posts etc. it's actually a pretty good image.
You would have been in a better position to get the shot if you'd gone around the scooter and taken the shot from the other side.
The light's falling across this from the side so there wouldn't have been a problem in that respect.
I don't know what sort of background you would have got, possibly much the same as this?

Bren.

Edit: I cropped it to remove some of the background. Hopefully, it removes some distractions.
