Ther Wall and the tree

Taken this morning on the walk up tp Top Withens I have to say Metcheck is well worth a visit before an outing as they usually give a pretty accurate weather forecast. As you can see there was snow so I took full advantge of it, I can't wait to get my hand held spot meter it's such a pain taking reading with the the cameras own lbuilt in meter.

Don't you find the spot metering a good alternative to a hand meter?

Platchet while the cameras spot meter is good the camara has to be moved to take readings, buy using my soon to be received handeld spot meter I can set the camer inbthe position I require and then meter on the fly as and when the light changes without having to move the camera. Old school maybe but I think it is a far better solution for low light photography. (Just my opinion)
