This side of peace

By mlseawell
We recently returned from our first trip to Bears Ears in southern Utah. We went with friends who had made two previous trips and they were anxious to show us this vast national monument. Sacred to five native American tribes, the monument was reduced in size by 85% by the Trump regime. Hopefully this will not stand.

We arrived at our campsite and immediately fell in love. Massive trees and a canyon that ran for hundreds of miles greeted us as we set up camp. Phone reception was horrible and we enjoyed being unplugged from the constant barrage of negativity engulfing our country. This was taken from our campsite as the light faded...this side of peace.

Really like this.
Something interesting in every area of the image.
One of those - I wish I'd taken that shots.
Delightfully processed too.

I agree with Dave's comment 100%, and with yours.
Best wishes
