Fine set Robin, I agree with your sentiments, it's been tried before and failed to make any significant difference,

Lovely pics and I agree it won't work, the Badgers are suffering due to politics and money and some cheapskate farmers exchanging diseased cattle, not blaming every farmer just the bad ones and the Badgers have been made the scapegoat its a DISGRACE.

Super set!! (I heard last night that they will not be testing the killed Badgers for bovine tb/determining the strain Political or not!! If they don't i am sure it could be deemed a criminal act!!)

A fine set or is that sett Smile Smile ....very difficult to come to a reasoned decision without access to all the evidence, but there must be a better way.

Hope you've uploaded these to a news feed Smile Smile

Wow what a cracking set of pictures, i love badgers always have. As for the cull i am furious that its happening, they are culling 9% in the UK. And they still haven't concrete evidence that Badgers are to blame. Also like you have said it wont work never in a month of sundays, anyway ill leave it at that because it winds me up lol.

A super sett of foraging badger images Robin, I agree with you the cull is a waste of time and money, it will only make matters worse as any badgers that survive will move elsewhere and spread the disease to unaffected areas if they are indeed carriers. It would be far more cost effective to vaccinate the badgers and/or the cattle if resources allow

Is this a record upload???????????? It was a fascinating trawl through them, anyway. I agree with your views on the cull.

Lovely pictures of the much maligned species. I hope that they can escape the attentions of the 'hunting 'n shootin', trigger happy morons, who were only too happy to
satisfy their killing lust, using the very unproved bovine TB theory as an excuse.
I am 100% against the cull and have signed petitions and goodness knows what else all to no avail. A fine set of images Robin.
