The B&W treatment is inspired and accentuates the monontone effect that snow often has on the landscape. The positioning of the two nearest horses (your own, I suspect?!) couldn't be bettered and that distant tree provides perfect balance. I absolutely love it.

With snow in the UK for the first time in ages I was expecting to see lots of "places covered in the white stuff" shots in the gallery this week.
