background information gathering today at Hammerton Brewery at Unit 8 & 9 Roman Way Industrial Estate London N7 8XH - well recommended to all the band of tap room devotees...
tasters shown - Blanche 5.3% - Chi Cha 4.1% - Pentonville Oyster Stout 7.7%....
very interesting new brew Chi Cha Pale Ale and something definitely different....
N7.7 Imperial Pale Ale excellent but my view, possibly pipped by Pentonville Oyster Stout....
offerings board and whimsy attached...
usually only open once a month and have noted diary accordingly...

V1 is far and away the best picture. V2 is interesting - though far less so than if I was standing in front of it (and an open bar...)

V3 is an interesting observation - maybe even better with a really pure, unprocessed look - just the standard corrections...
