Through Drunken Lens

By lifesnapper
Hi everyone and many thanks for your kind votes and comments on my Halloween trilogy and I certainly enjoyed viewing yours too, there were some excellent one's among them Smile
Today , being Silly Sunday, I've decided to upload Three pictures from a rather heavy drinking Night in Mykonos Town. Sadly I had already deleted around Twelve of them before thinking that they may make an amusing Sunday upload.
The Evening started with a few Cocktails in the Piano Bar in Little Venice while watching an amazing Sunset. After dark we decided to leave the Bar and go on somewhere else, but before we did, I just had to grab a shot of a lovely young Bar Maid V1, who had just appeared out of nowhere. Unfortunately the Cocktails had knocked out any sense of reason in my Head and I didn't even think to change my Camera settings for the Night. Then after a couple of Beers we ended up at a new Wine Bar that had only been open Three Day's, where we got chatting and laughing with a German School Teacher, seen with Ju' in V3 but with Camera in completely the wrong mode and set up, I just kept on clicking away regardless. I had a bit of a surprise when I viewed the pictures the following Morning, and needless to say, I was greatly disappointed Sad

All the best to all,
Have a super silly Sunday,

JohnSmile

See, that's what happens when you leave the camera in Vibrate mode.
Looks like a good night out though.
Happy silly Sunday John.

If you had been a Photo Mafia posturer you could have fed us all sorts of nonsense about soft focus and ICM, but you didn't and delighted us with honest, if not Photo Perfect shots. Well done you.

That's the annoying thing with DSLR cameras - we have to choose so carefully whereas with Ipads and phone camera people just click and often end up with great images(well some of the time).
I hate taking indoor pics at parties - however it does sound like you had a great night out!!!

We definitely know you had a good time. And a few laughs when you looked at your images the next day. So it's not all bad.
