Hi Alan,
It's nowhere near straight street. This is a side access for the employees of the central bank. It is located just outside Valletta's main entrance. Many thanks for the award, much appreciated.

I find the alternative image, because of the wall colours, has a more warm feeling to it, against the coldness of the mono version. I like the composition, with the lady heading out of frame and into the sunlight, Alex.
