There's something so poignant about images like this, hands that have taken so much good care and soothed and calmed. This is gorgeous. Made me really miss my Mum - but in a good way.

Great shot Proz, lots of character and excellent light and detail. I was originally thinking that I'd prefer to see more depth of field, but I'm now thinking that the DOF matching the light works really well

I've tried for years to get a shot like this without success and after seeing yours, I might as well give up. Absolutely beautiful. The hands of time have a hundred tales to tell. Particularly like the age spots. Reminded me how much I miss my mum. Oh dear I'm getting all sentimental - better log out!
