This was my first time taking photographs of large animals without having to worry about the cage, i had great day with John Wright at the wildlife heritage centre in Kent. I know it's not like being on safari in India or Africa but i intend to do that next year.
Excellent shot. I've done the Indian safari thing.... great fun but no chance of getting a shot like yours. Lots of trees in the way, and other people in trucks chasing the hapless tiger who just wanted some quiet time to allow her to hunt in peace.
