Tight Turn

By skydivemike
A combined German and Irish 4 way Jump during a building thunder storm over the Algarve in Portugal.
The storms were all around the dropzone which stopped jumping during the boogie as a lot of the skydivers were landing up to 10klm off the airfield. On this jump we ran into hail stones as we decended through 7,000ft. in freefall at 120pmh not the most plesent of experiences.

Thanks for looking and as always your comments and time is most appreciated.

Mike.

Cool photograph. Must have been an experience and a half falling through hail. Youre lucky you didnt end up a hailstone too! and it must have been fairly turbulent in there too..was it?....Great shot.

Another unique shot Mike of your sporting activities...the contrast in that white puffy cloud adds to the accomplished beauty of the scene. Impressive.

Fabulous capture Mike, congrats on the EC and RC, you seriously have my respect, I have enough trouble taking a good shot at 0 mph, but at these speeds ... awesome.

My attempt would be as follows:
Aperture - check ...
shutter speed - check ...
ISO - check ...
altitude - ooops!!! Wink

Great stuff.
