It's a nice shot, and I like the way you've used colour to bring out the rings. My only criticism would be that the fingers on the man's hand are too spread out, giving the impression that the woman is 'forcing' his hand down, and therefore symbolically suggesting he is being somehow 'forced' into the marriage, if that makes sense. Unless that was the intent of course!

But looks like he is being FORCED to remain till death OR ELSE. lol.
Was that deliberate ? His hand looks trapped ;o)

Very nice, I do something similar for the couples I photograph.
Well taken.

The selective colouring at best is really, really bad.
I think this has a lot of potential. Softening and toning etc.
Selective colouring, in my opinion, spoils so many shots
Sorry Chris

Funny how peoples tastes differ. I love the ( what i now know to be refered to as selective colouring ) It can bring an otherwise flat pic to life. :o)

TRUE ... Still think its a great image.

The selective colouring works for me. Well done.

Excellent shot. Personally, I would have preferred the gold to be little more muted, but thats just my personal taste. As for other peoples somments about finger positions, I'd bet they are exactly where the couple put their hands. Overall, an excellent timeless shot that many people would want to copy for their wedding albums.
