Time & Tide Wait For Nothing

By CanonAndy22
Thanks to everyone who voted & commented on yesterday's post of the Grey Heron.
It's time for something completely different today.
This is a piece of wreckage from three tugs that ran aground and were smashed up off Nine Wells in Pembrokeshire on 28th October 1981. I took it on a long shutter time to show the effect the waves have daily on this wreckage.
I've photographing the wreckage as it has been moved around and slowly eroded away for about twelve years. Each year there is a little less showing, and each piece is a little more worn away.
Not sure what part of the tug this was, but it was found near one of the engine blocks.

Thanks Don. Appreciate the comment! Especially as to capture the image I was precariously perched, with my tripod, at the bottom of the cliff right on the tide line!

I agree very much with Don. I love the thoughtfulness of the composition, the execution is excellent. As a raw beginner, it is these types of images that I find inspiring, they draw the viewer into a story of their imagination.
