Time Bomb

By Fefe
Hello all.
Thankyou all for C&C and well wishes on my last upload "Rose I Scream" and a big thankyou to Ray "rayme330" for his UAGrin
Today another using my newly acquired macro extention tubes, again just one out of three used.........I have found that all three used together gets so close it scares me to deathWinkWink............................and the tripod becomes essentialTongueTongue and we all know how much I love to use a tripodBlushBlushSad I will save that delight for when I am feeling more "fighting fit"Wink
This was taken yesterday ashamed to say in the gardenBlush......but I am not allowed to be pulling up these tough guy's at the moment. Shame they are a weed, really rather prettySmileSmileGrin Very little processing done and full frame.

Thought you were referring to my Kitchen for a moment, the bomb bit, nicely done Mrs, just the one extension tube, see what you mean if you put all three on, you'd probably be able to see the beginning of time.

I have always found dandelions to be rather beautiful.....they are such "bombastic" and exuberant flowers.

Dandelions are a bugger.. it's a taproot that goes down almost to the centre of the Earth. Weedkiller is the only way, or they just keep growing back. A few are OK, but they don't know when to stop.

But I like your photo of the bloody thing GrinGrin

GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin Yes....I agree, weedkiller maybe the best answer. Although an old fashioned potato peeler to gouge out the root works................so I am toldTongueTongueWink

No help if the root is longer than the peeler.Sad

Just try using all extenders together on a macro of an eight-legged arachnit!Wink

You are using your new equipment so well Diane. Keep at it. A large garden fork is very good for Dandelions but that can wait until you are fit.

Excellent use of the extension tubes.

I'm with you on tripods - more of a bugger than dandelions.

Excellent work Diane. I'm afraid I have to use the tripod on almost everything these days, camera shake is the bane of my life, unless I up the ISO and have a large aperture.

Never tried extension tubes. I'll have to have a go, seeing this.

Diane, Fabulous image and composition, looking forward to when it changes to be a dandelion 'clock' or will it last that long. SmileSmile
