I thought my last wasp was small but this one is half the size at barely 2mm long. I found it on a parsnip leaf in my garden. I just focused in on a what looked like a tiny speck of an insect and was blown away when I saw it close up through my macro lens with a close-up lens attached. From research I have done, this wasp is possibly Halticoptera flavicons.
I'm so grateful for the awards on my last Chalcid Wasp shot, a huge thanks to those who gave their awards.
