Thank you guys.
As ever, trying to get great shots at car meets is a problem. Specially with great looking cars like this because they attract a lot of attention and its hard to get the cars without people all round them. In the case of the Bel air and some others, I had to spy my chances and so there was little time to actually set up shots. If I was well known- which I am not and I knew all the people who have the cars- which I sadly dont as I am only just starting to do this, I could have arranged a private shooting of the car in a quieter place.
disks wise, as they say , I had to shoot what was there LOL
tornado wise, originally, the tornado was dead centre the roof of the car and I posted it on my instagram account and someone commented that the composition did not look quite right with it there as it was drawing attention away from the car. I then re edited it and moved the tornado/ hurricane to the left to make it look as it was approaching. I also cocked up with the titles because my other classic car was actually called Play Misty for me and this was called quiet storm LOL
I have about 7 really cracking shots of classic cars yet to do and have started to put them onto displate with a view to start selling images- something i have not done before. It would be great to start to get some money back for all the money I spent of camera gear and my cintiq.
