Touching The Void

By redmist
I took this photo from a suspended abseil rope on a seacliff 150feet above the sea in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK. This lead climber is tackling a very desperate extreme ascent known for it's very bold moves. Here the climber is running out of susbstantial holds and now as to commit himself to a long reach on very steep rock in an exposed position from which he may not be able to reverse without falling. Fortunately he succeeded and went to complete the route safely.
