The funny thing is that it came at the end of an exhausting day. A rather nasty RTA on the way to follow up a story that was going to a news agency, then hours of finding high vantage points. The brief was mills, new and old housing, and if possible some scenic hills, preferably in one shot, preferably with a church in it.
Knackered, I pulled up on my own 2 up,
down street, and spotted this nearby in the evening light. It:s a straight shot apart from punch in Lightroom.
There's a touch of the Dennis Thorpe about it.
