Tribute

This photo was taken by my Mother about 1987. I have no idea what camera etc. It was during a funeral for a fallen comrade and I had the honour of performing the duties of the Riderless Horse. I am wondering if any of the many magicians on here can clean it up, sharpen it a bit, maybe bring out some of the details?

Cant recover the blacks, but it can be tweaked a bit.
