Trying to catch me some supper!

By carlos73x
Another shot taken on the same day as my "Sundown in Ballycotton" one. Fishing from the end of the pier, it was crazy down there during the summer evenings. As the tide came in towards sunset, the fishing crowd would start to turn up, sometimes up to 70-80 people all lined up along the breakwall. I tried it myself a few times, it's really easy to catch mackarel here, and you can't get any fresher than that. My house was about 5 mins walk, don't live there anymore.......

Nice shot! Brings back many happy memories of my childhood days. Used to spend most of my summer holidays doing this.
