Twin spin

Twin spin ?? The 60 images stacked in to a startrail, & the wire wool spin inside of the castle led me to the title.
An evening of anticipated aurora activity led to nothing, so a plan B was to shoot a startrails sequence over Dunstanburgh castle.
During which a few guys decided to do some wire wool spinning light painting inside of one of the towers !!! Smile

I very nearly posted a pic of Dunstanburgh myself today but decided to save it till next week. Glad I did, it couldn't compete with this, those stars are amazing.

couple of questions about this type of photography , not so much technique more about the camera gear ,so here goes .
is condensation settling on the lens a problem and the internals of the camera when the gear gets taken of of a nice warm car into the cold night , and then when its out side doing its stuff , and same again when the gear goes back from the cold to a nice warm car again ?
even if the camera is weather sealed it cant stop condensation forming . only asking cause i fancy giving it a go but worried about my gear.
