Another shot of visiters to the Sedum! A Small Tortoiseshell and a Bumble Bee - the last few days have been wonderfully warm, the insects are really gathering for their fill.

I even saw a Painted Lady! But didn't get a decent shot - everytime I focus on a butterfly Taffy zooms in from nowhere and catches it (it's okay, I grab him by his scruff and say "No, drop!" and he spits it out..............then it flies away!!!). I didn't want him to catch the PL in case it didn't fly away! Hopefully it will visit again today, I shall have more time to capture it!

A beautiful capture, Karen, and I think Taffy should be shut up indoors whilst you are out in the garden with your camera Grin Carol

Nice one in good condition plenty of detail, the Bee is a bonus, it might help if you reduce the size of you photo a little so as to see it all at once! apart from that a top quality shot, like it regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

So frustrating - nothing on my sedums here in my NE garden. Really jealous of this lovely image Karen.
